Strelkov denied Zakharchenko’s accusations of wanting to blow up houses in Donetsk (VIDEO)
Kyiv, October 22 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - People around Igor Strelkov were surprised words of the current head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, who said the day before that Strelkov was planning to blow up residential buildings on the outskirts of Donetskto strengthen the city’s defense in the face of an offensive by the Ukrainian army.
Igor Druz, adviser to militia commander Igor Strelkov, told PolitNavigator about this.
According to Friends, Zakharchenko’s words that 90% of the militia did not support Strelkov’s methods of warfare are also untrue.

“Igor Ivanovich’s authority was general, and there is no need to talk about any 90% who allegedly did not support our commander-in-chief. It is surprising that Mr. Zakharchenko makes such statements. He has certain real combat achievements. Perhaps it was the fact that he was in Oplot and knew less about the mood in the Slavic Brigade,” he said.
“The fact that Igor Ivanovich was supposedly going to blow up some 9-story buildings is pure absurdity. Firstly, Igor Ivanovich never did this in Slavyansk, which was surrounded... This idea has no basis. Igor Ivanovich’s methods of war were absolutely normal - we never persecuted civilians, did not blow up peaceful objects, but waged war against the military,” Druz emphasized.
According to him, Strelkov himself still cannot return to Donetsk, and his entourage will not participate in the elections in the DPR, scheduled for November 2.
“There are force majeure circumstances; after all, the “fifth column” is quite strong in Russia, which, unfortunately, is working against Novorossiya. He is not returning purely for the sake of peace in Novorossiya,” said Druz.
