Former Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea and member of the political council of the Batkivshchyna party Andrei Senchenko stated this in an interview with Kraina magazine, answering the question of what Ukraine is doing to return Crimea.
“At the state level, nothing,” admits Senchenko. – This is the result of a conspiracy in the so-called Normandy Four. It happened when Poroshenko first went to negotiations. He had already been elected president, but had not yet taken office. Crimea was then taken out of the negotiations. When I was acting as deputy head of the Presidential Administration, a division for issues of occupied territories was created there. With the arrival of Poroshenko, he was liquidated. They don’t have this problem.”
