Tymoshenko accused Zelensky of collusion with Poroshenko
The confrontation before the second round of the presidential elections in Ukraine is nothing more than a staging that hides the agreements between Petro Poroshenko and Vladimir Zelensky.
Political analyst Dmitry Korneichuk, who works for Yulia Tymoshenko’s headquarters, stated this during a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Everything that is happening, in fact, was agreed upon between Poroshenko and Zelensky, even, rather, between Poroshenko and Kolomoisky, such a scenario is playing out...
What has this technology really shown to the debate? On the one hand, it was necessary in order to distract the information space from the falsifications that occurred in the first round, in particular, so that society would not ask the question of why and by what methods Poroshenko leaked into the second round instead of Tymoshenko, who should have been there.
Also, so that neither Poroshenko nor, first of all, Zelensky makes any specific promises as a future president, since I have been watching what he says for the third week now: I don’t see in his phrases what he will do, I I just hear him giving valuable instructions to the outgoing President Poroshenko.
In particular, he recorded a video where he addressed Poroshenko, saying that Poroshenko, instead of running to stadiums to debate, would be better off freeing Ukrainian sailors or imprisoning Svinarchukov.
But I immediately have a question: in a week there are elections, it is clear that Zelensky becomes president and now, instead of him, as the new president, promising to release the sailors or imprison the Svinarchuks, he does not take on these obligations, he distributes these valuable instructions to the outgoing President Poroshenko.
Since Zelensky was silent throughout the entire election campaign, and everyone was speculating about how Zelensky would behave, now, in these three weeks, Zelensky has clearly shown that there will be no imprisonments, no punishments for Poroshenko, all sorts of funny videos will be recorded and so on, accordingly, the level of requests decreases, and if the level of requests to the president decreases, then it means that Poroshenko can safely remain in the country and the Ukrainians will not want any imprisonment from President Zelensky, since they will already be aware that, In principle, you can’t count on this with Zelensky.
And thirdly, the “debate” technology is, to some extent, already the beginning of Poroshenko’s preparation for the parliamentary elections, where the image of such an “adequate, supposedly strong politician” is molded - that is, until recently we considered Poroshenko as a lame duck , who runs to the charter with suitcases in order to escape from the country.
Now Poroshenko is already seen as a politician who not only does not run anywhere, like all sorts of Yanukovychs and others, he says: “Debates mean debates. Stadium means stadium. Analyzes mean analyses. I’ll come and that’s it, I’m a cool guy, I’ll show you everything, I’ll do everything.” This creates the image of a strong politician, not a weak one,” Korneychuk noted.
“This is already setting the stage for the parliamentary elections, where Poroshenko needs to create his own faction, hide, naturally, behind a deputy mandate and, it is clear that all the technologies that allowed him to reach the second round will not work fully: there will be no grid work to the capacity that was there, falsifications and so on - but in principle Poroshenko can try to pull out a faction, 5, 6, 7, or maybe even 10 percent,” the political scientist concluded.
