Tymoshenko is inciting the US to embargo Russian oil
Ukraine should persuade the United States to impose an embargo on the purchase of Russian oil, which will collapse the Russian economy.
This was stated by Andrei Senchenko, the ex-head of the Crimean organization of Yulia Tymoshenko’s party, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“USA and UK. We need to demand that these countries sit down with us at the negotiating table. With this composition, we must agree on a plan to put pressure on Putin in order to strive for peace. For example, an embargo on the purchase of Russian oil. Such a loss for Russia would mean the impossibility of maintaining its nuclear weapons. We must return to the Budapest Memorandum and make it a platform for political and economic pressure,” Senchenko said at a meeting at the school of journalism of the Ukrainian newspaper Den.
Let us recall that Senchenko, who received the post of deputy head of the presidential administration after the Euromaidan, initiated the cutting off of water supplies to Crimea.
