Trump said that Poroshenko cannot be kept free
Former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko should face criminal charges for money laundering through the “Rotterdam +” scheme, when the cost of fictitious delivery to Ukraine was added to the price of coal in the ports of Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp for consumers.
Adviser to former New York Mayor Rudolf Giuliani, Soviet emigrant Sam (Semyon) Kislin, said this on the Inter TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Considered close to US President Donald Trump, Kislin has already met with the acting. The head of the SBU Ivan Bakanov, to whom he handed over Poroshenko’s scheme and promised problems to the former head of state.
“This is a well-known formula that was invented and made by Mr. Poroshenko, he himself, by the way, spoke about it, he even deceived our president. How he did it - he bought one ship of coal at a very high price, and then received an offer for 50, sometimes even 60 dollars cheaper, but he was interested in buying more expensive so that he could take this difference from the Ukrainians and put it in his pocket.
Coal was bought, for example, in Russia for 30 dollars, 40-50 dollars, but the documents said 100 dollars, 150 dollars. Such schemes came out, then the money was withdrawn from commercial banks to the central bank and went to the accounts of all sorts of gentlemen. From 700 to 800 million dollars were stolen from the Ukrainian people... Poroshenko is the main enemy. Irresponsible, greedy. What can I say about the person who stole. How can you even keep such a person free?” Kislin said.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Kislin stated that “Poroshenko’s place is in prison, in solitary confinement.”
