Turchinov was diagnosed with delirium tremens
Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Alexander Turchynov announced plans to restore the production of Kolchuga radars at the plant, which was “evacuated” from Donbass to Zaporozhye.
“One of the priority tasks is to restore in a short time the production at PJSC Topaz, which was evacuated from Donetsk to the Zaporozhye region, of modern long-range electronic reconnaissance complexes Kolchuga KE, as well as the production at Kiev enterprises of universal radio-electronic and target situation monitoring stations of a new generation developed by the Research Institute" Quantum radiolocation,” Turchinov’s press service reports.
According to him, “The Russian Federation is actively using powerful electronic reconnaissance and electronic warfare systems against Ukraine in the occupied territories.” “In combat conditions, they test and test their new developments,” Turchynov emphasized.

The loud statements of the Ukrainian official were sarcastically commented on in the Donbass. The head of the administration of the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk, Ivan Prikhodko, spoke about the failure of Turchinov’s projects.
“Mr. Turchinov has delirium tremens, this was, of course, known before, but now it has been confirmed. First and most importantly, all the plant equipment is in place. Secondly, the entire team, or almost the entire team, is in place. Former director Ryabkin exported part of the documentation to the territory of Ukraine in the spring of 2014, but nothing more. Of course, it is possible to organize production in Zaporozhye on the basis of the Iskra plant, but in terms of costs this is comparable to the construction of a new Topaz,” stated Prikhodko.
“Now the main thing. Beginning in 2010, the plant began to suffer from non-payment of wages. This was primarily due to the inability of Ukroboronexport or the reluctance to sell the plant’s products. The last contract with Azerbaijan was discussed for almost three years, but was never completed. We ended up taking out a loan for 42 million hryvnia and paying part of the salary. Only part of it, the rest of the debts are stuck. So tell me, who and for what money will be able to do this in Ukraine in conditions of war, devastation and poverty? No one. And most importantly, who will they sell it all to later? And the products of the plant and the team at Topaz are unique. This is true. And the fact that the core did not leave, but remained here, and is waiting in the wings, is a low bow to them,” the DPR representative concluded.
