Kyiv, June 03 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – It is necessary to immediately introduce martial law in the Lugansk and Donetsk regions and begin an army operation, said Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Andrei Senchenko on the Shuster Live talk show.
“The fact that martial law was not introduced before - you see, by and large, all the security forces, gritting their teeth, endured, because it was necessary to elect a president. Nobody seriously talked to our decapitated country. And now there is a need to immediately introduce martial law in these two areas - obviously. This minimizes casualties,” he said.

At the same time, Senchenko, speaking about the explosion near the Lugansk Regional State Administration on Monday, said that all those killed were terrorists. The official made no mention of civilian casualties.
Senchenko voiced the version that the explosion was the result of a rocket launched by the rebels themselves at the plane, which allegedly reacted to the air conditioner on the Regional State Administration building.
“When we talk about a full-scale operation, this does not mean that tanks are now starting to shoot at Lugansk... It will be a fairly massive operation, but, as far as I understand, it will be carried out skillfully so that people do not get hurt. Because at first they accuse us of being sluggish in conducting the ATO, and then when we announce that it will be full-scale, then they start to scare us,” said the Tymoshenkovite.
