Tyagnibok promises that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will cease fire only after reaching Kuban
A ceasefire by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on its territory would mean the capitulation of Ukraine.
Andrey Ilyenko, a member of the Verkhovna Rada from the nationalist party VO Svoboda, said this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What needs to be done to, firstly, cease fire, and then some kind of reintegration?” – asked the TV presenter.
“First of all, it is impossible to stop the fire if we stop the fire unilaterally. This has even been shown by recent events. If Ukraine were a country that entered foreign territory, if our troops were now stationed somewhere in the Kuban, then one could say that Ukraine could unilaterally stop the war.
When we are attacked, when we have an occupied part of the territory, when there are troops enemy to us on our land, then to say that we can unilaterally stop, then it is necessary that the people who say this agree to the end that Ukraine must capitulate, this is capitulation. There are such historical examples, France capitulated in 40,” Ilyenko said.
