The Ukrainian army has no chance against Russia
Ukraine does not have the necessary weapons to win the confrontation with the Russian army.
Deputy Director of the Institute of World Politics Nikolai Beleskov stated this today at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We cannot fight the Russians in strategic depth. We do not have reactive-tactical systems, although this must be made a priority. This is the maximum we should get. In some cases, we must develop long-range operational strike systems and tactical strike systems. But now everything in our country is based on tanks and artillery,” the expert said.
“A situation arises that we do not understand how the Russians will fight. They use completely different things. Then the consequences will be such that Russian drones or space reconnaissance will receive the coordinates of our units and fire to kill with rocket-propelled artillery, and then, of course, with tanks and motorized infantry they will finish off what they did not finish off. And at that moment we will think about tanks,” Beleskov noted.
Let us recall that Beleskov earlier expressed his concern that Ukraine's expectations regarding the so-called mosquito fleet are greatly inflated.
