With a score of 191,2 points, the Ukrainian took second place and received a silver medal in shooting at a distance of 10 meters. The Iranian athlete won gold, and the Turkish representative won bronze.
Paralympic judokas brought two more awards to Ukraine. Alexander Kosinov, in the weight category up to 81 kg, defeated the Azerbaijani Rovshan Safarov 2:23 in 110 minutes and 0 seconds of the match and reached the semi-finals. And Dmitry Solovyov in the 73 kg weight category emerged victorious from the quarterfinal confrontation with the Japanese Aramitsu Kitazano - 102:0.
Currently, the Ukrainian team has won 10 awards - 1 gold, 2 silver and 7 bronze.
At the same time, despite the victories of individual athletes in the qualifying competitions, the Ukrainian showed only the eighth result. Although this is much better than at the Rio Olympics, where the Ukrainian team was only 31st.
