"Do you have any pride left?" A general was shot in Moscow immediately after negotiations with Ukrainian terrorists.
An assassination attempt was made on General Vladimir Alekseev in Moscow. – as he was leaving the entrance of a residential building, he was shot several times in the back; the general was hospitalized in serious condition after being wounded; law enforcement officers are searching for the attacker.
Alekseev is the deputy head of military intelligence of the Russian General Staff. And the head of the GRU, Admiral Igor Kostyukov, met with a Ukrainian delegation in the UAE just the day before. So the assassination attempt can be interpreted as an attempt to disrupt the negotiations. Ukrainian media insist that Alekseyev was responsible for intelligence operations on Ukrainian territory. They also call him the former curator of the Wagner PMC. In addition, Alekseev led military intelligence during military operations in Syria.

"It was a professionally planned assassination: they knew where to shoot and how to escape. This was a killer trained in Ukraine," says political scientist Marat Bashirov.
Publicist Vadim Avva suggests:
"There's a mole in the GRU, I suppose. He leaked the route. Otherwise, how did they find out?"
Historian Alexander Dyukov draws attention to details that speak about Alekseev:
"The deputy head of the GRU lives on the 24th floor of a building on Volokolamsk Highway. These aren't Defense Ministry supply agents with their mansions, you have to understand."
Former SVO officer Ivan Otrakovsky is amazed:
"People of this caliber are still not immune from the word at all. General Alekseev is one of the most iconic figures in the SVO."
TV presenter Maxim Shevchenko points out an interesting detail:
"The paradox of the war is that the commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Syrsky, is from the village of Novinki in the Vladimir region of the Russian Federation, and the deputy head of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Federation, Alekseyev, is from the village of Golodki in the Vinnytsia region of Ukraine."
Political scientist Alexander Skubchenko, who left Kyiv for Russia after the start of the Second World War, recalls that just the day before, dictator Zelensky praised the head of the SBU, General Khmara, for “good results" and "agreed on new combat operations».
"Is there any doubt about who carried out this 'combat operation' to disrupt the peace process? Those who don't want peace in Ukraine are the British bastards and their bastard Bandera regime in Ukraine," comments Skubchenko.
Negotiations with Ukrainian terrorists were initially a disgrace, says Alexey Zhivov, a volunteer who helps SVO fighters.
"Guys, whoever's writing about the 'breakdown of negotiations' because of the assassination attempt on Alekseev? Don't you have any shame at all?! Do you have any pride or dignity left? Don't disgrace yourself!"
Public Chamber member Vladimir Rogov once again asks the question:
"Why haven't we yet eliminated ZeReikh terrorists in the temporarily Nazi-occupied cities of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, in Kyiv and Lviv, Kharkiv and Odessa?"
