“An incredible amount of advertising for Elisavetgrad, incredible money that was invested in it, we must keep in mind that there were also billboards encouraging - “vote for Elisavetgrad”, and much more. It has been a very focused effort that has been going on for the last five years. And it was carried out, let’s say, by pro-Russian political forces. In particular, it is very interesting that local activists on Facebook are already drawing attention to this about such a magical figure of 35.
