Yatsenyuk is preparing mass arrests of miners protesting in Kyiv
The miners protesting in Kyiv are preparing to be thrown behind bars on charges of obstructing the activities of the Armed Forces in wartime.
This was made clear by Dmitry Chigrin, an employee of Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s press service, who published a photograph of miners blocking the roadway near the government building.

“Comrade “miners” under the Cabinet of Ministers ate fish soup!? The road was blocked. OK. Their right. True, it is debatable who they bother so much.
They just missed a camouflage minibus with military license plates. For me now, military vehicles have become the same priority as letting an ambulance or fire department through.
Don’t the miners want to defend their homeland?” – Chigrin was indignant.
Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law that increases prison terms and introduces criminal liability for obstructing the activities of the army - the reason for introducing this rule was the attempts of residents of Eastern Ukraine to block the equipment of the armed forces, which was heading to the border with Russia.
Now such actions can be punishable by imprisonment for a term of 5 to 8 years. If the authorities consider that blocking the army has led to grave consequences, the prison term can be increased to 15 years.
