Illegally privatized luxury housing in the center of Kyiv will be confiscated from the deputy head of the SBU
A lawsuit against the head of the SBU, Viktor Kononenko, about his illegal privatization of luxury housing in the center of Kyiv is already ready and will be filed with the court in a few days, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Ukrainian lawyer Andrey Portnov informed about this in his Telegram channel.
“I inform you about the current state of my public promise to take away and transfer to the state the illegally privatized apartment of Deputy Head of the SBU Kononenko in an elite complex in the center of Kyiv.
Let me remind you that the reason for these actions was the stupid thief's face of the functionary, the presence of anthropological signs of a criminal in accordance with the criminological theory of Lambroso and his proximity to Poroshenko.
So, as of today, a legal agreement has been concluded with the plaintiff - an employee of the SBU and a combat participant who was standing in line for an apartment, and legal requests have been sent to the privatization authorities, the SBU and other organizations. After the five days required for formal responses or missed deadlines, a lawsuit will be filed in court.
The approximate terms of confiscation are two to three months for consideration in the court of first instance, several months in the appeal court, two weeks for enforcement proceedings and the immediate transfer of the apartment back to the state. The timing may vary, and the procedure may be accompanied by the addition of third parties to the defendant,” Portnov wrote.
