“Let them not tell us fairy tales about how much they earn per square meter. Now housing prices have increased, we understand the situation. This applies not only to Simferopol, but also to Yalta. Alushta, coastal cities. There you go to some cities, and your head is spinning - there are such buildings there, simply gigantic. Everyone must have social responsibility. Everyone who did not participate in the development of urban infrastructure must now restore this social responsibility and resolve issues of street lighting, landscaping, revenue collection, and so on,” Aksenov said.
