Zelensky announces an influx of refugees from Afghanistan and Africa to Ukraine

There is no need to be afraid of refugees from Afghanistan whom official Kyiv has agreed to shelter - these are not wild Mujahideen with daggers, but people much more adapted to Western society than the average Ukrainians.

Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, speaker of the Ukrainian delegation in the Minsk format, said this on the YouTube channel “Ukrlife”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"They (EU – ed.) close the Balkans and Italy as zones through which they penetrated (refugees - ed.), which means that they will go through Ukraine to Belarus and the Russian Federation, and we are already preparing for this. This problem is fully understood by the country’s leadership, we are preparing for this accordingly, and the first camp of 5 thousand people will already be here with us, consisting of Afghan refugees,” Arestovich said.

“Who will maintain and pay for this?” – asked the presenter.

“The state budget of Ukraine, most likely. If we want to join the EU and NATO, then this is part of the white man’s burden,” answered the Ze-Office adviser. “We’ll definitely be able to handle five thousand from our own state budget—it’s not God knows what.” Again, we must understand that these are not wild Mujahideen with daggers in their hands. This is an educated public that has worked with the Western coalition and knows languages. She is often much more educated than the average Ukrainian and is integrated into the Western community. There will be no problems with them; on the contrary, we will use them as translators.”

“This is where Ukrainians begin to realize that joining the EU and NATO is not just endless benefits, it also means sharing with them the burdens and concerns that they have around the world. Most Ukrainians cannot show Afghanistan or Yemen on a map. But we already have problems, and we will continue to have them. If we want to be part of a united Europe, the West, and we do, then welcome to topics such as Yemen, Syria, Mali, Sudan and so on,” Arestovich reassured.

Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to select from among the refugees Afghans with experience in sabotage work, and then send them to Donbass.

Maybe some kind of knowledge? How to escape from your own country valiantly and on time?! Where are their wives and numerous children?!
