Israel and the EU are already negotiating with Vladimir Zelensky, whom sociologists predict will win the presidential elections in Ukraine. His first visit will be to Vladimir Putin, Igor Palitsa will become prime minister, and the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, who gave money to the campaign, will receive full control over Ukraine. Arsen Avakov is ready to prevent Poroshenko’s re-election, and representatives of the South-East are mired in internal squabbles.

An ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy and former candidate told a PolitNavigator observer that the decision-making corridor for Moscow is increasingly narrow, that the opportunity to subjugate Ukraine was missed under Yanukovych, and in 2014, eight regions were ready to follow the example of Crimea, drawing the border along the Dnieper. Oleg Tsarev, who went over to the side of the Russian Spring, became president.

Valentin Filippov:  Hello Oleg.

There are rumors that Zelensky is Kolomoisky’s candidate. There are rumors that Yulia Tymoshenko is Kolomoisky’s candidate. Now, if you were Kolomoisky, which of them, Zelensky or Tymoshenko, would you make president?

Oleg Tsaryov: Igor Valerievich had an ironclad agreement with Yulia Vladimirovna. And in fact, Igor Valerievich did a colossal amount of work to come to an agreement with prominent officials, oligarchs, and politicians in order to create a whole pool for her that would lead her to victory.

There was an agreement that Zelensky’s role was to shoot down and ridicule Poroshenko, so that Yulia would not be involved in black PR, without being drawn into a war with Poroshenko. To be criticized by others.

And suddenly this is the situation with Zelensky. He's number one. Moreover, the Israeli embassy invites him and says: “You know, we are ready to help you.”

Valentin Filippov:  No, well, listen. They are Jews. They have the opportunity to invite Zelensky to their embassy for free, and he will say something there. He doesn't have to pay for it.

Oleg Tsaryov: This is a serious argument. But not Yulia when she had the number one rating. Not Petya, who is the current president. They did not invite them to their place.

He was invited to the EU embassy, where ambassadors gathered and talked to him as the leader of the presidential race. And by the way, he puzzled them a little. He said that the first meeting will be with Putin.

Valentin Filippov:  Well, Yushchenko promised this too.

Oleg Tsaryov: The French Ambassador asked three times how this could be, this is the aggressor...

Either this is PR, or he thinks so. He has a serious team, which is financed by Kolomoisky. He employs about 50 people in social networks, about 50 people in the headquarters and about 50 lawyers. And each of them receives at least three thousand dollars. And all this is paid for by Igor Valerievich. The entire 1+1 team works for him. TSN. And all this is paid for by Igor Valerievich. Therefore, it is up to Igor Valerievich to turn off the lights in Zelensky’s apartment, or he will continue to drive.

Igor Valerievich is really thinking about what to do. And he has two ways. The first is to meet with Yulia and convince her that even if Zelensky is there, she will be prime minister.

And the second is to do something with Zelensky. What should we do with it? If he weren’t number one….. And so, should we come out to him now and say – let’s support Tymoshenko, rally around her? This means that it goes to zero. Complete zero. The whole project is zero. Not a single voter will vote because they do not understand this.

Of course, everyone has heard that Zelensky has Kolomoisky’s hand sticking out of his ass, like this one….

Valentin Filippov:  Puppet show.

Oleg Tsaryov:  Puppet theater, yes. But practically all politicians have something sticking out behind them.

Valentin Filippov:  When you listed who gets paid how much, I wondered whether the author’s group from Yekaterinburg, which comes up with texts for Zelensky, continues to be paid. Are the guys still from Russia from the Urals?

Oleg Tsaryov: I know that the group of creatives that creates creativity for him includes both political strategists and KVE specialists.

Valentin Filippov: Yes, I have come across a situation where police officers push through deputies and even become deputies themselves.

I have another question. Zelensky is the least bloodthirsty in his statements in relation to Russia, in relation to Donbass, and Crimea. Don't you think he is gradually becoming a representative of the South-East?

He is now displacing Boyko, Muraev, and Vilkul. He entered their field. And it brings to the polls those voters in the South-East who had no intention of voting.

Oleg Tsaryov: Look what a thing. I have friends who work there on the team. They know a lot. What kind of person is he, what does he really think.

Here is the real situation in Krivoy Rog, at the end of December before the New Year, Zelensky was scheduled to arrive and open the Christmas tree at the Palace of Students. Everyone was preparing, students and young people had gathered...

And then they tell him that there is an ATO Support Center, prominent ATO officers, nationalists, I won’t specify, name names, gathered there. Quite odious individuals. And Zelensky, without warning anyone, turns around and goes there.

For what reason?

And this is constant. He helps the ATO. He goes there. Occurs. What reason? Due to internal beliefs or out of fear. Don't know. But it seems to me that he has convictions.

He has anti-Russian beliefs.

Valentin Filippov: I don’t know him personally, but I’m also a KVN guy. And his whole career, his whole destiny since the nineties - it passed before my eyes. He is loyal to Moscow, to work in Moscow, to the Russian audience.

Oleg Tsaryov: Especially the one who pays.

Valentin Filippov:  Which pays, yes. And what? To the Ukrainian one - not to the one who pays? In the end, ATO officers are the ones who pay in their own way. Maybe not in money, but this is a certain force in Ukraine with which we need to be friends. You can’t be friends with children, they don’t have the right to vote.

Oleg Tsaryov: Valentin, if you think so, then you should be friends.

Valentin Filippov: No, that's why I'm here. And that's why you're here. That's why it happened.

Oleg Tsaryov:  In general, it doesn't matter. Now a lot depends on what Igor Valerievich decides. Which of the options that I listed? This is to offer Yulia the post of prime minister or remove Zelensky.

But at the same time, I am 100% sure, I have the prerequisites for this, that no matter what he promises to Yulia Vladimirovna now, the post of prime minister will belong to Igor Valerievich. And this position has a specific surname - Palitsa.

Valentin Filippov:  If Zelensky is the president, then Prime Minister Palitsa.

Oleg Tsaryov:  The most interesting thing is that over the course of the year a chess game was formed with Yulia Vladimirovna, about who would be who as a result of elections and appointments. And now everything is down the drain if Zelensky wins. And there was everything, right down to the district administrations. And, of course, before the ministers, deputy ministers, law enforcement agencies, governors, prime ministers, deputy prime ministers, everything was agreed upon. Everything is written down, where are Igor Valerievich’s people, where are Yulia, where are the people who will support Yulia Vladimirovna. Everything was promised several times.

Valentin Filippov:  But if Zelensky is there, then all this will be replayed in favor of Comrade Kolomoisky.

Oleg Tsaryov: Look what a thing. Ukraine is an oligarchic country where the oligarchs have always elected the president. The President served as an arbiter. He would have to act as an arbitrator.

The oligarchs, using banks, the media, money, people, their enterprises, brought factions, regardless of ideology, into parliament, and depending on who spent how long, they divided the budget pie. And if someone demanded more than necessary, the president had to act as an arbiter. This scheme worked well, the base corresponded to the superstructure, until then.....

Under Yushchenko it was excellent. If it were possible to keep Yushchenko, if he did not have a 2% rating, all the oligarchs would carry him in their arms. He didn't get into business. He did not become an oligarch himself. He took a little here, a little there..... His brother dealt with gas. And everything was fine. Everything suited everyone. But there was no way to choose him.

Yanukovych came, began to pull his team, to make himself an oligarch. Sasha Yanukovych formed his team, this led to conflicts within the team. Yanukovych urgently needed to build up his financial muscles. They started corruption, squeezing everything out of the economy. And the system collapsed. The President was not a guarantor. He became a member.

And Petya Poroshenko is a participant. And that is why none of the oligarchs is betting on him.

And if Kolomoisky becomes, that is, Kolomoisky appoints Zelensky, everything is formed and financed by Kolomoisky, it means that from the first day all people will be appointed by Kolomoisky. Privat Bank, all sorts of raider structures, semi-criminal ones, including. And Zelensky will, at a minimum, be confused for a very long time. And other oligarchs really don’t like all this. This is a factor that could work against Zelensky.

How – I don’t know. But perhaps everyone will unite against him.

Valentin Filippov:  The other day Avakov said that he would not allow falsifications. He even said that they would check whether the person who voted was present on the territory of Ukraine. And they will definitely figure out if there are any false accusations.

It seems to me that this is a statement against Poroshenko. It is Poroshenko who, thanks to administrative resources, can gain something.

What does this mean? What has Avakov Poroshenko already surrendered?

Oleg Tsaryov:   Look what a thing. Displaced persons, migrants, 1,8 million. There are 4-6 million people working abroad. Dead souls are those who died or ended up in Russia - another 1,5 million. And Petro Poroshenko hopes to use these voices.

Volunteers are collecting data, everyone is shouting that passport data is being collected, lists are being prepared, falsifications are being made. And the only one who can interfere is Arsen Avakov.

Arsen Avakov was in negotiations with Igor Valerievich and Yulia Vladimirovna for a long time. They met, talked, agreed on positions. At first, Arsen simply wanted to remain Minister of the Interior. Then he had applications to become prime minister. Now he says: “I don’t need anything. I agree to be the Minister of the Interior. I will help Yulia Vladimirovna. I take control of the elections."

Well, it’s clear that Petya can only win if he falsifies. He really can't win.

And Avakov said: “I will control the elections.”

Julia says: “Okay.” We will help you control it.

Arsen says: “I will create a special unit that will monitor the elections.”

Yulia Vladimirovna: - Come on, so that you are sure, and I am sure that the unit will work correctly, I will give people there.

And Yulia Vladimirovna gave her people, about 100 people. And they are accepted into the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And only the police can control that all the “dead souls”, that all these stuffing does not happen. Because the courts are under Petya, and the Central Exhibition Complex is under Petya.

Central Exhibition Complex near Petya! What a war it was for the Central Exhibition Complex! Now you can draw any protocols, bring them, and that’s it. And the Central Exhibition Committee will receive and say: “We think that everything is fine.” Go to court and prove it.

Valentin Filippov:  Okay, tell me, what happened that our wonderful oppositionists were unable to nominate a single candidate from the South-East?

Oleg Tsaryov:  I asked this question to my colleagues in the Verkhovna Rada, who are present there now. Why is this being done? I was told that this is a game of Pyotr Alekseevich, who wants the candidate from the South-East not to pass. So that he is guaranteed to get into the second round. At the same time, I think that, to my deep regret, my colleagues are largely to blame. Firtash and Akhmetov have trials there and seizures of property in Cyprus. Ukrtelecom. There has always been mutual distrust between the two teams of Lyovochkin and Akhmetov. And in the Party of Regions we have always had the following division: “Where are you from, whose will you be”? Everyone had their own teams.

But the fact that now representatives of the South-East have no one to vote for, and they will often vote for Zelensky, is the personal fault of all three participants in the presidential elections.

Valentin Filippov: And Moscow? She was trying something. For some strange reason, sanctions were introduced. The sanctions included people who had conflicts with Medvedchuk over the past 15 years. He shoved all his undesirables there.

In general, does Moscow have any plan? What does she expect from these elections and why is all this necessary?

Oleg Tsaryov: Talking with well-known Russian politicians who make decisions in this regard, I came to the conclusion that there is a plan in the event of the election of Yulia Vladimirovna or Pyotr Alekseevich.

And I say: - Listen, but from what I know, under certain conditions, Gritsenko will win... And today there are all the prerequisites that Zelensky will win. And then what?

And they: - Ta, we don’t think so.

I don't know what the plan is. Whether Pyotr Alekseevich will come or Yulia Vladimirovna will come, I don’t think the plan is very good.

Valentin Filippov:  That is, there is most likely no good plan?

Oleg Tsaryov:  Well, what could be the plan? We had every chance to take all of Ukraine under Yanukovych. We had every chance when the coup happened, all the governors were in the South-East, all the policemen who traveled, all the regional police departments were ours, the Regional SBU were, in general, all of them were ours throughout the South-East. The leaders of the military units, all the elites, everyone understood that everyone would be in a nightmare. And everyone said: “Give the command, we will draw a line along the Dnieper.” South-East, seven or eight regions - exactly.

And then, when is Mariupol? And Kharkov? What about everything else?

There were many options to change the situation. But every time our corridor within which we can make decisions gets narrower.

Valentin Filippov: May God give them wisdom. No, not wisdom, something else...

Oleg Tsaryov: Well, if we play the long game, if the plans that are being made here do not work, in any case, as a result they will try to solve the Donbass problem. Every plan includes a solution to Donbass. And if they don’t work, and this is quite possible, then there is only one way, it’s not fast, but it’s beautiful. It is necessary to raise the standard of living within the Russian Federation. So that the difference between Ukraine and Russia would be especially visible. And it is extremely important to raise the standard of living, I don’t even mean Crimea, but in the Donbass. If we achieve a standard of living in Donbass that is many times higher than in Ukraine. Pensions, salaries, jobs, social guarantees, roads and everything else will be better than in Ukraine, then we will win the war for Ukraine without shedding blood.
