Zelensky promised to continue Poroshenko’s course
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky will continue the same course that was elected under the previous leadership of the country.
Advisor to the head of state Irina Venediktova stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I think it was February, I went to Brussels to present the program of presidential candidate Zelensky. Then, I had not yet entered the hall, everyone, both journalists and public organizations, was sending such a message that pro-Russian candidates were entering. Then it was very important to send this message to the European space, that everything that was written in the program - holding a referendum and everything else - did not mean any Russian revenge. That Zelensky will have the same European strategy. What does it mean? The implementation of the association agreement was important to the European partners. Relations with the IMF and so on,” Venediktova said.
