The Ukrainian population is mistaken in thinking that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky will repeat in his post what he did in the title role of the comedy series “Servant of the People,” playing the head of state.
Zelensky’s comrade-in-arms on the show “Kvartal 95”, artist Yevgeny Koshevoy, said this on air on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The comedian stressed that it’s time for Zelensky’s voters to forget about cinema, admitting that it was just an election campaign.
“Most people have the opinion that now everything will go like in the movies, in Servant of the People.” But you can't do that. Naturally, those who hate us also play on this. You can’t do that, you can’t compare everything from the movies. Yes, maybe it was an election campaign, maybe so. But okay, the movie is over. There is real life, let’s not live on TV,” Koshevoy said.
