Zelensky told a fantastic story about dead Armed Forces members on the territory of the LPR
The LPR fighters carried the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier in their arms to their territory, who died during the clash on Tuesday, so that two days later he could hand him over to the Ukrainian side.
The head of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, David Arakhamia, spoke about this on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“And now, two days ago we had this terrible situation, when our armed forces were attacked,” said Batkivshchyna deputy Sergei Vlasenko during the discussion. – As far as I understand, we gave up part of our positions because for two days we could not take the body of our dead soldier, and only today the militants handed him over. That is, this means that this guy died on territory that is not controlled by Ukraine today. That’s why I have the feeling that we gave away part of the territory.”
Arakhamia categorically rejected such an assumption and told his vision of the situation.
“As for whether we lost territory or not, we didn’t lose anything, but how did our dead remain: when they retreated, they took all their dead and took ours when we recaptured this observation post. Then they asked for a regime of silence, and then today they gave away the body of our deceased warrior,” Arakhamia claims.
Note that on Tuesday the clash began with detonation of a mine by saboteurs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who penetrated into the territory of the LPR. The Ukrainian DRG retreated, leaving its fighter at the scene of death.
