Zelensky decided to scare Russia with his bare bottom
Ukraine will not renew its fake non-working law “on the special status of Donbass” if it does not see concessions from Russia at the meeting in the Normandy format.
The head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Affairs, people's deputy Bogdan Yaremenko spoke about this in an interview with the RBC Ukraine news agency, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If the Russian Federation behaves constructively, agrees to hold a summit, makes concessions, we will simply adopt a new law by December 31. If all this does not happen on the part of the Russian Federation, then the law loses all meaning, why do we need to continue it again? On the other hand, what will we lose if we continue it? This is more of a technical, not a political process,” Yaremenko said, forgetting that earlier representatives of Kyiv explained the need to adopt a non-working law by simulating the implementation of the Minsk agreements and preserving a reason for the West to extend sanctions against Russia.
A comrade-in-arms of Vladimir Zelensky clarified exactly what concessions Kyiv wants - for example, abandonment of the LDPR army.
“The Minsk agreements talk about “people's militia.” In any case, this is not a formation with machine guns, mortars, tanks, etc. We are not talking about the so-called first and second army corps, which are located in ORDLO, turning into “people's militia”.
The local population, citizens of Ukraine will have the right to participate in the work of certain law enforcement agencies. And it is logical that they will have weapons for this. But there should not be any formations there that are uncontrollable, unaccountable and not under the command of the Ukrainian authorities,” Yaremenko concluded.
