They threaten to take away Crimea from Zelensky after the “collapse of Russia”
Russia will last less than the Soviet Union; it is already supposedly on the verge of large-scale protests and collapse, which Ukraine should take advantage of.
Future Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky, a member of the pro-presidential Servant of the People faction, stated this on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the calculations of Dubinsky, who served the interests of the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky on the 1+1 TV channel, this could take from three to ten years.
“I think that Crimea will sooner or later return to Ukraine, simply for one reason - empires do not last long. It’s just that you and I, like ordinary people, are accustomed to measuring time in short categories. Six months to a year. Strategic planning horizons are quite short. But three years, five years, ten years... The Soviet Union, with its Iron Curtain, independence from external economies, an absolutely totalitarian system of brains and the absence of communications within the country, lived for 75 years.
How long will Russia live, after we made a technological revolution, now the Internet is in every home. And, in fact, we have already seen what is happening in Russia, thousands of people have already been detained as a result of rallies in the Russian Federation, how this is covered and each time more and more people who fall under the power skating rink, more and more discontent, in my opinion, the question time. Quite close. And when the collapse begins, then the question of returning Crimea to Ukraine will begin. I think that it will be quite difficult to resolve this issue differently,” Dubinsky said.
At the same time Kolomoisky believes that during his lifetime Crimea is unlikely to become Ukrainian again.
