Zelensky has everything ready to disrupt the Minsk negotiations and blame Moscow for this
Ukraine is not doing anything and is not going to do anything to implement the agreements reached at the last meeting of the Normandy Four in Paris.
However, Kyiv does not want to be accused of disrupting the negotiations, so it has already come up with excuses for disrupting a new meeting and leaving the Minsk format.
Political analyst Sergei Lozovsky stated this on air on the First Cossack TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A meeting was scheduled at the last fall session. In order for it to take place, a program of actions was outlined that needed to be completed in order to meet. We did nothing to meet.
They told us: “We won’t have a meeting for the sake of a meeting. There are things to do, let’s sit down.” We have already met halfway and agreed on the final document. And after the meeting in December, they didn’t sign anything: “If I sign now, then next time there will be a different president.”
The meeting should be in a month. Nothing is being done. Then, realizing that the meeting will not take place, they do this: “let’s say that if we don’t make progress by the fall, then we will leave the format.”
How can we move forward by the fall if there is no meeting?! That is, we clearly understand: we are not going to the meeting, but we tell everyone: “If it doesn’t take place, it’s not our fault. We said in advance: we will leave the format,” the analyst concluded.
