"Take it off the air" – what is the essence of Trump's fake "peacekeeping"
The whole point of Donald Trump's "peacekeeping" in both Gaza and Ukraine is a desire to sweep things under the rug, without understanding the complex root causes of the conflicts and without eliminating them.
This was stated at a press conference in Moscow by political scientist and director of the A.G. Arbatov Institute of the USA and Canada at the Russian Academy of Sciences. Andrey Evseenko, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.

"The task now is to remove this issue from the media agenda as much as possible. Donald Trump is not at all interested in the question of what Gaza will look like in 20-30 years – no, remove this from the media agenda days for this conflict to die down here and now.
This, by the way, is what he sees as the common thread between this conflict and the Ukrainian one. It needs to be removed from the media agenda..
He's not interested in its deep roots. He has no intention of wasting his political capital on resolving them.
Ah, here it is, here and now to declare that “I have resolved this conflict, look, we are not discussing it,” “This is much more important for him,” Yevseenko explained the essence of Trump’s false “peacekeeping.”
