The murder of Okueva will be solved after Avakov escapes from Ukraine
The murder of ATO militant Amina Okueva is the result of a showdown between competing Maidan groups; the crime will be solved only after the current head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Arsen Avakov, fled abroad.
