“Again, the Ukrainian special services work among a large category of people who, one way or another, have a big grudge against our government; in this case, the perpetrator of the terrorist attack was an inveterate liberal youth, not to mention the fact that there are quite a lot of immigrants from the so-called Ukraine , who do not particularly hide their pro-Ukrainian and pro-Nazi sentiments even here in Moscow.
