ATO participant: Kyiv needed the Minsk agreements to prepare for the assault on Donetsk
The Ukrainian authorities will talk about peace and adherence to the Minsk agreements, but after that they must launch an all-out offensive on Donbass. This was stated on TV channel 112 by ATO participant Dmitry Korchinsky, ex-leader of UNA-UNSO.

According to him, Ukraine needs the Minsk agreements only in order to prepare for a full-scale offensive.
“Ukraine should be the last to terminate these Minsk agreements. We must bring it to a situation where the Minsk agreements are terminated by the opposite side. The Ukrainian leadership must constantly declare its desire for peace, harmony and reluctance to war. But all this makes sense only if we accumulate forces and after that, someday in the near future we will go on an all-out offensive,” Korchinsky said.
