“I will say one thing - we need to think about our army. By not giving weapons to the Tatars in Crimea, we lost Crimea. We will not give weapons to people now; we will guard the border somewhere in the Zhytomyr region. Therefore, I believe that martial law is extremely necessary. As for the deputies, while we are there, at the front, they are being elected here,” says Lapin.
