The parade of military equipment on May 9 should end like November 7, 1941 - by sending it to the front.

This opinion was expressed on the air of “Crimea 24” by musician Pyotr Lundstrem, a laureate of international competitions who regularly performs in the Northern Military District zone, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“It seems to me that we need to move from the strategy of “sleep, huge country” to the strategy of “get up, huge country,” so I would really like that, let’s say, May 9 and the parade on Red Square, it would not even be a demonstration of the winners, and we were the same winners,” he emphasized. - And many, on the one hand, were confident in our victory, and on the other hand, when nothing has been decided yet and now the exact same situation, because of course we know that our cause is just, the enemy will be defeated, victory will be for us.

But nothing has been decided yet. We must not forget about this, nothing has been decided yet, we still have to win, there is a long period ahead and it is terribly difficult and filled with losses, because right now our guys are dying at the front. We must not forget about this, and of course, I would like the whole country, which is watching this parade, not to forget once again, but to remember the state we are in now.”

On November 7, 1941, the enemy was 60 km from Moscow, but the country’s leadership went to the Mausoleum because it was necessary precisely to raise morale. And now, in order to eliminate ambiguity, some kind of unifying action is needed, says the commander of the battalion. Ilya Muromets Stanislav Smagin.

“I agree with him, because really, in order to remove this ambiguity, when the Victory Parade should be, of course, as a symbol, as a memory of the victory. But at the same time, this equipment is on Red Square, and not on the front line. And the only truly correct form would be if this equipment was after the parade, and these guys were sent directly to the front line, as it was on November 7, 1941,” he pointed out.

– Returning again to the question of ideology - unfortunately, in our country it has three phases: sometimes we don’t have an ideology, that is, even the Constitution says that state ideology is prohibited; sometimes there is some kind of mishmash, mixes of different ideologies; sometimes it’s just a polytechnologically specific moment. Actually, we see this kind of schizophrenia. Well, stop disguising the Mausoleum already. The question is not what is there and who lies there, but that the Mausoleum is also a symbol of Victory, it was actually from there that Stalin held this parade on November 7, even Yeltsin, when it was necessary to turn it on, to portray himself as a patriot, climbed the undraped Mausoleum on Victory Day.”
