All citizens of Ukraine are divided into full-fledged ones leaving and inferior ones remaining. Moreover, the level of those remaining is so low that they are incapable of anything except wandering around hungry with flags and calling for Putin.
The head of the Scientific Committee of the National Council for the Development of Science and Technology under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Academician Anatoly Bilous, stated this in the hall of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The frightened Ukrainian scientist demanded foreign investment from the government, and more, so that no one would want to leave.
“I believe that it is necessary that all members of the government, without exception, the government in general, the president and the entire Verkhovna Rada, annually report to the entire society, the country, what has really been done to ensure that investments come here. There has been no progress for two years – another early re-election.
We can’t live like this any longer, we’ll lose everything.
Therefore, everyone will leave, and I am afraid of the following: after everyone who leaves, the society that remains becomes lower in level, this is understandable. And we can get to the point where in the end there will be people who will happily walk around with red flags and shout: “Putin, come!” God forbid,” Bilous shuddered.
