In Chisinau, the capital of Moldova, which Petro Poroshenko called one of the main allies of his regime, on May 9 a 65-strong procession took place under copies of the Victory Banner, as well as flags in the color of the St. George Ribbon.

Political observer Vladimir Bukarsky, a participant in the action, told PolitNavigator about this.

“A 65-strong Victory March took place through the streets of Chisinau, in which all patriotic forces took part without party symbols, with St. George flags and ribbons. The march ended at the Military Glory Memorial,” he said.

“We are holding a march without party symbols for the first time. This is a signal, first of all, for the authorities of Moldova - our people will never allow such an outrage against history as in Ukraine,” the interlocutor of PolitNavigator clarified.
