Hit the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant - Markov proposed a “response” to the shelling of the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant
Russia could, with one retaliatory strike on the Ukrainian nuclear power plant on the border with Poland, stop all attempts by Ukraine to carry out terrorist attacks at the Zaporozhye plant, but so far, for the most part, Kyiv’s war crimes remain unpunished.
Director of the Institute of Political Studies, political scientist, statesman and public figure Sergei Markov said this on air on “Patriot,” PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The expert was asked whether the Russians have the moral right to react harshly to the US sabotage of SP-2.
“The Americans themselves are now asking the question: this means that then the Russians can, for example, cut cables in the Atlantic Ocean,” added the presenter.
“We are not doing this yet, as you can see. For two months, attacks have continued to be carried out on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, but Russia has never struck a single nuclear power plant on the territory of Ukraine. Although, it seems to me that if we were to deliver good attacks on the nuclear power plant, which is located on the territory of Ukraine and not far from the border with Poland, then these attacks on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant will stop. But so far this has not happened.
We see that Ukraine has been carrying out terrorist attacks on the territory of the DPR and LPR for eight years, but they have never responded to Russia’s orders. It seems to me that these are weak positions. If one side is waging a full-fledged terrorist war, and the other side does not give any answer, then the side that does not give any answer will lose,” the political scientist warned.
