“So, according to information from the Radomyshl district state administration, the Leninsky village council of the Radomyshl district made a decision to rename the village of Lenino to the village of Stavki. Also in the villages of Krivoe and Rudka, Krivenka village council, Popelnyansky district, a number of streets have been renamed. In addition, the Chernyakhovsky district state administration is carrying out preparatory work to dismantle three monuments that are subject to the law on decommunization. At the same time, in the Chudnovsky district, 7 streets and alleys in 5 settlements have already been renamed,” the message says.
In addition, during public hearings and at a session of the Gizivshchinsky village council, it was decided to rename the village of Leninskoye to Kvitneve. Also, according to the Regional State Administration, monuments to Lenin were demolished in four villages of the Berdichevsky district.
