Amazing idiots - Putin on the organizers of the energy blockade of Crimea
Russian President Vladimir Putin admitted that he was delighted with the behavior of the Crimeans during the blackout in November-December last year. He stated this today in the Crimean village of Ponizovka at a meeting with activists of the Crimean ONF.

“I admired the people in Crimea and Sevastopol and their reaction to what was happening. This composure, courage, desire to fight for your interests. Those who did this, what did they expect? That everyone will kneel and beg for a handout? Amazing idiots,” Putin said.
The President called it a crime against people to stop the supply of water and electricity in Crimea.
“Disconnecting a region where several million people live from power supply in winter - even in Crimea - is a serious crime. Why have human rights organizations put water in our mouths?” Putin said.
At the same time, he said that by the end of the year gas will be supplied to Crimea from the mainland, which will allow the development of its own generation.
“From this moment on, full-fledged gasification and electricity supply from our own generation will begin. You know that we are building power plants. This will provide an opportunity for the development of other industries. Including water desalination production, development of recreational areas. These problems will be completely resolved,” Putin said.
