“The situation in Uglegorsk - Debaltsevo. According to the combat order, he arrived here with the strike unit of the Donbass battalion to carry out combat missions. Uglegorsk is under the control of terrorists. We will hold on to some of our strongholds,” he said on his Facebook page.
“The attack took place yesterday; after the shelling, tanks struck the positions of the ATO forces. “A few weeks before, terrorist groups infiltrated the city disguised as civilians and attacked from the rear,” he claims. “In Uglegorsk there are enemy armored vehicles, equipped sniper nests in residential buildings, the city is actively fortifying.”
As PolitNavigator reported, yesterday the ATO headquarters announced that they were holding Uglegorsk. The DPR Ministry of Defense informed that fighting was taking place on the streets of the city: as of yesterday evening, half of the city was under the control of the militia.
