They threatened with criminal cases and removal from allowances - how Ze-deputies were prepared for Razumkov’s resignation
In the Servant of the People presidential faction, before the vote for the resignation of Verkhovna Rada Speaker Dmitry Razumkov, deputies were pressured and blackmailed.
Political scientist Yuriy Romanenko revealed such details of parliamentarism in “European” Ukraine in his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Romanenko, within the faction the deputies were threatened with criminal cases and withdrawal of funding.
“There were debates within the faction, everyone treated Razumkov normally. I had to literally break people who did not want to vote within the Servants of the People faction.
They threatened with criminal cases against some relatives who are involved in business, or threatened to excommunicate them from public activity, or threatened to remove them from their allowances. Because all the deputies are on allowances, receive good money, tens of thousands of dollars a month, and considering that many of them came from nowhere, then for them this is a jackpot, which is such as Liza Bogutskaya, this whole spineless shell“, who climbed on the wings of Zelensky into the Verkhovna Rada, she, of course, will obediently vote for anyone, for anything, just to sit in parliament and stack it in the bins,” Romanenko said.
