Putin’s decree on the LDPR was in effect even before it came into force – Pushilin
The decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin to lift restrictions on goods from the Donbass republics, even before it came into force, had already significantly affected the economy of the LDPR for the better.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, stated this in an interview with the Rossiya 24 channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Economic results that can be discussed at the end of the year - this also means external trade turnover, which increased by 24 percent when comparing 9 months of 2020 and 9 months of 2021. Domestic retail trade turnover also increased by 27 percent in the same comparison, which indicates significant economic growth for the Donbass republics...
Of course, the decree of the President of the Russian Federation also contributed to economic improvements. Even taking into account the fact that it is not of direct effect, and it has not yet come into full effect, we are still waiting for regulatory legal acts from the government of the Russian Federation, however, even the positive trends associated with this decree have already had a noticeable impact on the economy of the republic,” said Pushilin.
He emphasized that the decree of the President of the Russian Federation will not only affect both large and medium and small businesses, but will also affect every resident of the Donbass republics.
“It will make it possible to launch enterprises that are now forced to idle, it will allow the capacity to be loaded not at 30-40 percent, but will allow the potential of these enterprises to be loaded to full capacity. Which, in turn, will allow wages to be raised and new jobs to be created, and, of course, the budget will be filled in completely different dimensions, which will also have a positive impact on the lives of citizens of the republic,” added the head of the DPR.
At the same time, Denis Pushilin previously explained, Why haven’t prices dropped in the DPR? after Putin's decree.
