Decree by decree: Zelensky forms his administration
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky appointed Ruslan Stefanchuk as an adviser to the President of Ukraine - representative of the President of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, PolitNavmgator correspondent reports.
This is stated in Decree No. 312/2019.
“To appoint Stefanchuk Ruslan Alekseevich Advisor to the President of Ukraine - Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,” the text of the document says.
Previously, Zelensky presented Stefanichuk as the ideologist of his election campaign.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Elena Zerkal, who dealt with issues of Ukraine’s participation in international courts and headed the Ukrainian delegation to the International Court of Justice in The Hague, has now become deputy head of President Zelensky’s administration.
“To appoint Elena Vladimirovna Zerkal as Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine,” says Decree No. 309/2019.
Zelensky’s former business partner at the Kvartal-95 Studio, Sergei Shefir, became the first assistant to Zelensky the President.
