Ukraine attempted to attack the city of Kurchatov in the Kursk region, where the nuclear power plant is located.
The Governor of the Kursk Region, Roman Starovoyt, reported this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, in his tg channel.
“At night, a UAV crashed in the city of Kurchatov. Fortunately, no residents were injured. Critical facilities were not damaged as a result of the fall of the drone and its subsequent detonation,” the head of the region wrote.
According to him, an apartment building received partial damage, its façade and glass were cut.
“We will definitely help residents with restoration in the near future,” Starovoit promised.
In addition, this morning it became known that yesterday the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to strike Voronezh.
“Yesterday, a few kilometers from Voronezh, air defense systems identified and destroyed three UAVs. There were no casualties, injuries, or destruction,” said Voronezh Governor Alexander Gusev.
