Ukraine abandoned its poor defenders to the mercy of fate - General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Because of the actions of the Kyiv authorities, Ukrainian society began to forget about the war and began to perceive it as something insignificant, and the military personnel were abandoned by the state to the mercy of fate.
General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Sergei Krivonos, who was dismissed from the post of Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine, stated this on the air of the Apostrophe Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Since 2014, society began to forget about the war, society began to perceive the war as something non-existent and ephemeral, not on our territory. This is a failure of the previous government and a continuation of this failure by the current government, because all the negativity that was going on in 2014 gradually began to be removed from the screens.
I remember when my colleagues from America arrived, visited the East, came to Kyiv and said: “Military, you say that you have a war going on, what war are you talking about? Show me where? Your war ends on the territory of the Donetsk region.” We haven’t had a single poster about the war since 2017,” the punisher worries.
The general also noted that the Ukrainian state does not support military personnel and actually leaves them without housing and means of subsistence.
“We have military beggars - they still live without housing, and they drive strange cars at the front. At the same time, a large amount of housing is being built, but is provided for the military in limited quantities. There is no support from the state for those who protect him,” Krivonos was indignant.
