Russia will not rush to end the war in Ukraine because Moscow has more pressing concerns.
Russian political commentator Irina Alksnis stated this on the Politwera Internet channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Russia will not solve the Ukrainian problem radically. We are satisfied with the process as it is going now. We have too many areas where we must spend resources to throw them all at Ukraine alone,” the expert said.
Alksnis emphasized that the war in Ukraine will continue until China and Russia deal with the West and a new world order is established.
“Ukraine will burn while Russia deals with the West, while China deals with the West. Until the whole world and the tectonic plates that have come into motion stop, Ukraine will burn.
For Ukraine, the biggest problem is that it will burn as long as this whole process continues. Ukraine has been asking for this fate for a very long time, and it has arrived,” the observer concluded.
