Ukraine will consist of three countries – Kiev propagandist
The new law on the special status of Donbass, which Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky promised, could turn the LPR and DPR into full-fledged states.
This opinion was expressed in an interview with Kraina magazine by Kiev propagandist Vitaly Portnikov.
“The Kremlin will demand from Kyiv direct conversations with terrorists. The content of the law depends on whether our president agrees to these consultations. If not, the document will have no meaning - Moscow will not recognize it. If he agrees, the law will turn the LPR and DPR into full-fledged states within Ukraine,” the propagandist believes.
He is convinced that neither Russia, nor Lugansk and Donetsk “will ever agree to liquidate the republics,” but can only rename them.
“There will be, for example, a Council of Districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. This is what our lost compromise on Donbass may look like. They will not be called republics, but in fact they will be. And we will become a state that consists of three countries. Then there may be more of them,” predicts Portnikov.
