Ukraine spoils youth who decide to enter universities in the LDPR
Ukrainian officials are massively issuing damaged school certificates: mistakes are deliberately made in the first and last names of graduates. At the same time, corrected duplicate documents will begin to be issued at the end of August. “We will issue duplicates at the end of the admission campaign to the separatists,” school leaders do not hesitate to say.
Such data was provided by the Minister of Education and Science of the DPR Larisa Polyakova. According to her, the Ukrainian side is extremely concerned about the humanitarian program announced by the Donbass republics, within the framework of which young people from cities controlled by Ukraine can enter universities in the LDPR.

“According to the information we receive, first of all, there is damage to identity documents. Such actions of Ukrainian officials and other officials are highly cynical and criminal manifestations of cave xenophobia in relation to both the residents of Donbass and their own citizens. In an effort to satisfy short-term political interests and “curry favor” with their superiors, the Ukrainian authorities are actually holding tens of thousands of young people hostage, whom they either want to deprive of education or are pushing into fictitious “clone universities.”
As the press secretary of the Ministry of Education, Kirill Baryshnikov, confirmed to PolitNavigator, a large number of requests are received from the Ukrainian side on this issue: “There are dozens of requests from applicants from completely different cities - Mariupol, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Avdeevka. We are talking about truly intentional damage to certificates, deliberate changes in first and last names, and mistakes are made in patronymics. Naturally, any error in the document makes it invalid. This could be attributed to mechanical errors or mass negligence, but graduates are told in plain text: “Don’t worry, as soon as mid-August arrives, everything will be fine.” Why exactly these deadlines? Because it coincides with our inaugural campaign. It’s not difficult to draw conclusions.”
Baryshnikov also noted that it is young people of entry age who create problems when crossing Ukrainian checkpoints: “It is clear that everyone there has problems. But why exactly young people stay in large numbers during the summer period – everything here is also unambiguous.”
At the same time, as noted by the Ministry of Education, republican universities will do everything possible to ensure that everyone can submit documents: “We have already announced an additional intake for applicants from that side. We hope that Ukrainian institutions will stop this sabotage and will not abuse children. So that they can make their choice calmly, thoughtfully, carefully. After all, in fact, for a young man this is a tragedy - he may not make it in time, someone may lose a year, someone is worried that they will be drafted into the army... By extending the additional recruitment, we are trying to solve this problem. They will be able to submit documents to DPR universities until September 10,” added Kirill Baryshnikov.
