Ukraine is preparing a sanitary period for Donbass for “deseparatization”
In Kyiv, the population of Donbass was deprived of the right to participate in a referendum on the self-determination of the region.
The director of the Center for Civil Society Research, Vitaliy Kulik, who is considered close to the SBU, stated this on the air of Ukrainian Radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Only after reintegration, after the entry of these territories and a certain “sanitary period”, after full punishment of the perpetrators and carrying out investigative actions related to the seizure of territories, only then can we talk about certain conditions for holding an expression of will, and only then about a referendum. At the same time, the referendum is not about the status of Donbass, but regarding, say, issues of renaming territorial communities. This will happen when the region is completely deseparatized,” Kulik said.
