Ukraine is preparing the ground for withdrawal from the Minsk process
The blockade of Donbass directly violates the agreements signed in Minsk on the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Donbass.

Political scientist Denis Denisov stated this in a commentary to PolitNavigator, assessing the justifications for the blockade of Donbass contained in in a report published by analysts President Poroshenko.
“This is a general trend for the Ukrainian authorities. Over the past month, we have seen a number of statements regarding, first of all, the main positions of the Minsk agreements. In essence, this report is intended to substantiate the feasibility and legality of introducing a total blockade of Donbass. Moreover, the authors of this report, without any particular shame, point out that, in principle, this decision directly violates paragraph 8 of the Minsk agreements, within the framework of which Ukraine undertakes obligations to restore economic relations with the Donbass republics,” the expert emphasized.
He also drew attention to a number of other scandalous statements by Ukrainian officials, in particular the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexander Turchynov, who said that Ukraine will step by step conquer further territory of Donbass, and the Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, who statedthat Ukraine is not going to adopt an amnesty law, as required by the Minsk agreements.
“We see a deliberate campaign to discredit the Minsk agreements. As before, President Poroshenko voices the need for their implementation and implementation, but does everything exactly the opposite. Naturally, his wards are working in the same information channel, preparing the ground for withdrawal from the Minsk agreements. The report, of course, raises many questions, but, on the other hand, it, on the contrary, suggests a certain understanding of reality, especially Ukrainian, in which any illegal decision that is made at the state level will simply be justified by people called upon to provide intellectual support. Despite the fact that these decisions are illegal, anti-people and only negatively affect the overall situation in the country,” Denisov emphasized.
As PolitNavigator reported, Turchinov called on the Ukrainian Armed Forces to be ready for an offensiveyu to “Russian hybrid troops”.
