“Weakening Russia from the inside, and this is possible, because there are large, huge internal social, national, religious tensions there. There are moments, there are points that you can hit. Weaken Russia geopolitically, wait for the right moment, strengthen your army and then do your job. When the right moment comes - an exclusively military path, diplomacy will then be needed in order to conclude a good peace at the negotiating table,” Biletsky said.
