Ukraine and Georgia announced a boycott of an important meeting in Moscow, but France came
Attempts by Ukraine and Georgia to boycott the work of the 47th Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, which is currently taking place in Moscow, will not affect the work of the assembly. Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Alexey Pushkov announced this at a press conference.

“Representatives of Ukraine and Georgia refused to attend, but this is the problem of Ukraine and Georgia. It was attended by representatives of ten countries, legislators from France, and legislators from international parliamentary organizations. So the absence of Ukraine and Georgia does not in any way affect the work of the assembly.
These countries are in vain trying to boycott the work of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation; this does not have any negative impact on its work,” Pushkov said.
