Ukraine is following the path of war crimes in Donbass
Today, at negotiations in Minsk, the Ukrainian side, under a far-fetched pretext, refused to discuss the resumption of water supplies to the territory of the LPR, as well as issues of electricity supplies. Instead, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are striking at vital infrastructure facilities in Donbass, which is interpreted as war crimes.
Victoria Talakina, press secretary of the Speaker of the DPR Parliament Denis Pushilin, spoke about this.

“Alas, despite the recommendations of the Normandy format and a lot of accumulated questions, the subgroup on economic issues was again unable to begin its work. The Ukrainian side continues to stubbornly insist on the unacceptability of certain negotiators, choosing with whom to sit down at the negotiating table and with whom not. And at this time, the issue of disconnecting the LPR from water becomes critical, as does the restoration of railway runs, power lines and pension payments. The subgroup on economics, whose work Ukraine is so diligently disrupting, should look for solutions to these issues,” Talakina stated.
“Another shelling of the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic resulted in a blackout of the Donetsk filtration station and, as a result, a disruption in the water supply to a number of settlements on both sides of the front line. The issue of aggravation of the situation on the contact line and constant interruptions in the water supply of the Republic due to shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces was raised at today’s meeting by Denis Pushilin. The plenipotentiary stressed that the DFS is the only source of water supply to Donbass, and deliberate shelling of this area by the Ukrainian armed forces violates not only peace agreements, but also international norms prohibiting the deliberate deprivation of water to the civilian population,” the press secretary also noted.
