“This whole rotten anti-corruption story has cost about 10 billion hryvnia over the five years of its existence. As Ukrainian economists, whom I trust, calculated, in particular, I refer to Skarshevsky (and my calculations are the same), their efficiency was 420 thousand hryvnia, that is, 0,006 percent with more than seven billion hryvnia spent. Let's look at the treasury account and see what is there for the first quarter of 2020 - 14 thousand 300 hryvnia.

And in general, if we analyze 2015, 2016-2017 and so on - the years of existence of this anti-corruption camarilla, then I can name the numbers, but in order not to take up our air time, I will explain - from 100 to 200 thousand hryvnia per year the treasury account is replenished from all these bodies related to the fight against corruption,” said Elena Lukash.

Arguments that the anti-corruption bodies were hampered in their work by the absence of an anti-corruption court, etc., do not stand up to criticism.

“There will always be something in their way. As they say, the bill is at the checkout. Here we are “at the checkout”, and we see 14 thousand hryvnia in the budget from structures that consume billions, from structures that have incredible powers, from structures whose efficiency over the five years of their creation is 0,006%, if we take what was returned and what was spent.

Therefore, of course, this circus must be dispersed. But we cannot blame them for one simple reason - they were not created to fight corruption, they were created to control corruption and control Ukrainian high and low officials,” said Elena Lukash.
