Ukraine wants to exchange Russian citizens for terrorists
As a PolitNavigator correspondent previously reported, Ukraine tried with all its might to disrupt the process of prisoner exchange. In particular, the representative of Ukraine in the Contact Group, Irina Gerashchenko, today personally selected from the already approved lists of prisoners those whom she considered worthy of exchange.

Thus, citizens of the Russian Federation were deleted from the lists of prisoners.
This fact was confirmed by Spartak Golovachev, an active participant in the Russian Spring:
“Evgeniy Mefedov and 6 other Russian citizens were not lucky enough to be exchanged! Possible disruption of the exchange with Ukraine,” – he writes on his Facebook page.
“According to my information, Russian citizens who were not sent for exchange are going to be exchanged for criminals in prison who were preparing terrorist attacks and murders in Russia,” he adds in the comments.
